Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 60 day return policy. This means you have 60 days from the date your order was placed to request a return. To be eligible for a return the item must be unopened and in its original packaging with the seal intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return simply email us at hello@repeatdwellness.com. Once your return is approved we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return including perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, and personal care products. Returns are also not accepted on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are considered final sale. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return please reach out to us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your current item and once the return is accepted place a new order separately.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags included. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
